To be eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days, your situation must meet the following criteria:

- You have provided our support team with the necessary information and have cooperated with them in an attempt to resolve the issue.
- The issue you are facing is not resolvable by our team, and the service is proven to be non-functional.
We require that you allow us to attempt to solve any service-related issues first before a refund can be considered.
Situations Where a Refund Will Not Be Issued
We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:
- The 7-day guarantee period has expired.
- You claim you are not satisfied with the service but have not contacted our support team to resolve an issue.
- Your device is not compatible with the IPTV service, or your internet connection is too slow to stream content properly. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify this before purchase. We offer a trial period for this purpose.
